When we entered the Taco Bell we immediately ordered at about 8:30 pm. After arriving within 15 minute, 2 or 3 people got their orders and left, while us and two families were still waiting, and two other people had walked in, one a door dasher. In the following 15 minutes 0 orders had come out, 2 people had left, adding to this, the door dasher and another couple of people started talking about the experiences and one said he’d been waiting for an order since 8 o clock… at this point it was around 9. I waited 45 minutes after my order just to cancel it and go to kwik trip dont go here it's horrible I'm the 45 minutes there 2 cars went through the drive through I have no idea what took so long
Cancelled after waiting 2 hours, staff was slow and lazy
Gotta be one of the slowest Taco Bells I've visited. A single box meal shouldn't take 30+ minutes at a "fast" food restaurant. Wasn't even busy inside. Glad to see the drive thru was moving fast though.
