Ordered my food around closing time. I got less than warm nacho fries both of which were just thrown into the bag. I tried ordering 3 12 packs of cinnamon balls and the one who took my order asked if I said 2 packs. When I said no they informed me the fryer was down. Unbelievably frustrating whenever me and my partner go in if it's anyone other than night shift. Night shift does phenomenal work. Almost always gets our food correct and is fairly nice. Morning and Mid Shifts are the worst. They have never once gotten our order done correctly. Potatoes overcooked, cheesy roll-ups have lettuce or onions in them, beefy 5 layer skimped to absolute nothing. Terrible! Love their APP only meal deals, the crunch wrap supreme is the king of meal deals.
Never actually get what you ordered. Food is normally cold. Today I ordered two beefy 5 layer burritos and instead got two bean and cheese burritos that were barely warm.
