Employees are the most rudest that i have ever seen.i understand the wait time for them to make the order but i calling her 3-4 times,she seen me calling her yet she pass infront of me like she didnt see me.its like second that facing this at same store.NEVER GOING TO VISIT AGAIN
They made my food with contempt. I get there's a slim chance that my fast food could be made with actual love, but abundant lettuce on my taco (marked no lettuce), cracklin dry chicken in our chalupas (every other ingredient ok!), and abundant beans in my BEEFY 5-layer (marked EZ beans) are how I taste intentional contempt in preparing my food. What did I do to that line crew? Never mind, I'll try the new Lockport location.
UPDATE... After avoiding this place (like the plague), we decided to try it one last time. Diamond took our very large & very complicated order. She was very careful & EFFICIENT, to make sure that she got the order correct, unlike the last guy who took our order a while ago. We told her (at the window) how our orders were ALWAYS wrong, & she told us that it's been under new management since March of this year.
