The service In Espanola has been pathetic lately. I don't like to complain I know people work hard but this is ridiculous I have tried to get down instead of drive thru to see if it's faster. It's not, it's worse. Nobody even acknowledges you.
Went in around 9 to dine in with my daughters. First we waited in line forever with no acknowledgement, so I decided I'll use the screen to order. My food was called brought to me but missing the drinks. And on top of that the cashier was rude and unfriendly. We'll I ate i watched customers come in and wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time with no one in sight to help them. I had ordered a couple orders of chalupas and 2 grilled cheese burritos and when I went to get them the manager refused to give them to me saying she put them in the bag when she didn’t. My boyfriend went to go talk to her and she also refused saying if we didn’t leave she would call the police. On top of all this my boyfriend go the chalupa order with no sour cream but all the chalupas came with sour cream. WORST SEEVICE. They got our order wrong and then left some food out.
Mobile ordering is actually slower than waiting in line. They'll make the food, but leave it in the back until you wait in the line to ask for it, despite the mobile order stand. The drink machine hasn't worked in over a year. The food is mostly tortilla. Overall, it's better to just go to Pojoaque.
