I had a very frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. I was told I could not use the restroom unless an item was purchased first. I explained that I intended to make a purchase and just needed to use the restroom beforehand, but they still refused. I spoke with the shift leader/manager and the employee at the counter, and neither was willing to help or use common sense in the situation. Worst possible service. Ever. No greeting no smiles. No eye contact. Rude. Didn’t let me speak or order ignored me until I ordered on the kiosk. They all seemed to have an attitude not sure why lol it’s crazy how much there’s no such things as customer service anymore. Won’t be coming back.
