Everytime I’ve been at this Taco Bell they’ve been nothing but rude, they slam the drive through door in our face, food is good but not their service. If you’re gonna work in a fast food restaurant have better customer service or don’t be working there if you can’t handle it! Very disappointed
I might do Taco Bell 4 times a year. This specific place is why it is 3 stars. In Oakland, everything has been fantastic. This LaVale location, the chips were so dry and no flavor, both crunch wraps in the order were burnt and ALL of the sour cream and cheese was at 1 end. My son's "hot" coffee was luke warm and watered down (we actually heard them speaking about this. One worker said, "I made it iced." And the other said, "No it was supposed to be hot".
