This is the worst and rudest Taco Bell I have ever been too . DO NOT GO HERE . For the last few nights we have been trying to stop to order food from this specific location located on independence ave. They have a OPEN sign and it’s still during open business hours . And when you pull up to the drive through they have said for 5 consecutive nights , that they are only doing door dash orders because they are so backed up and they can’t take ANY orders at the drive through even though it says they’re open . I told myself I wouldn't leave a bad review since you took over this store Tiffany but please teach your people how to ring in substitutes. I shouldn't have to drive to Prospect to get my pizza. But I did today because multiple people on the intercom wanted to argue with me saying I had to pay 70 cents for rice when I didn't want meat or beans. I told them im here once a week.
