We stopped by only to pick up an online order and were met with an unnecessarily rude attitude from the staff. There was no reason for it. After reading the other Google reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident. I wish I had checked them before coming.
Watch out for Ashley. Their AI drive through is a joke.. Ashley insisted that I must order with it.. even though I explained that it was not working. She just kept telling me "no you didn't.." when I ordered three times and the sign just kept asking me what I wanted to order. Why would I bother telling them it wasn't working if it was functioning properly?Why would I waste my time? Ashley needs some training.
Changed from 1 star to 4 star. They def made burritos good today. Not anorexic like the other locations around town have been doing. Keep it up.
