Dear owner.... Your employees tell everyone who walks into the lobby that they have to go thru the drive thru.. they tell the people in the drive thru it will be 30 minutes because its shift change or the equipment is down.. you better change your staff before you go out of business Sincerely.. a former restaurant owner
Always out of items and the app doesn't tell you before or while ordering. I was told as I picked up our order that we already paid for that they were out of cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and chicken. Come on taco bell you gotta do better. Happens all the time
There was a piece of hair in my drink
I made a stop here while traveling through town. The staff were very cordial and had no issues taking our order since the kiosk didn't list our food selections. The wait time for our food was reasonable and it tasted pretty good. I ordered the cantina chicken burrito. There is a drive-through with a gas station store connected which is where I used the facilities as I passed through.
