This was probably the worst dining experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. I had placed a mobile order, and when I got to the window, a woman who assumed was the manager was working. Shaq did very offended that I had come there and asked me what I wanted. I explained that I had a mobile order, and she sighed and rolled her eyes before walking away. The customer service is great the employees love their jobs...... Get rid of the AI !!!!
The manager said the employees are very rude and unprofessional
The store was empty, we approached the counter and were refused and told to use kiosk screens to order.
