I stopped by this Taco Bell recently and honestly didn’t feel comfortable with my order. While I was waiting, I noticed one of the employees seemed really sick — coughing, looking pale, and clearly not feeling well. It made me uneasy that someone in that condition was still handling food or working around it. I had already paid, but once I got my food I didn’t even want to eat it. It seems like management has made some changes. Now when I got in there, people are polite, orders are correct, and service is fast. Old review (2023): Terrible customer service. Insisting you are wrong and they didn't make the mistake. My husband ordered 2 chicken soft tacos, no cheese, bc my son is allergic. He got home and the tacos were chicken and cheese, no lettuce.
