I placed a mobile order for pickup at this location, but when I arrived, the cashier claimed it had already been picked up. I had just arrived and even showed them my receipt, yet they kept insisting my order was already taken. When I asked if they verified the name or receipt of the person who picked it up, they claimed they did, but I highly doubt it, as my name is not common.
