I recently ordered the $7 box meal and during my time eating the food, when I got halfway bitten I to my burrito I had a sharp piercing pain in the roof of my mouth, followed by blood coming out, to find there was a sliver of glass in my burrito that had punctured the roof of my mouth, leading to severe pain and lots of bleeding. Nothing like being completely ignored while teenagers flirt with each other, the worst service and worst atmosphere. The young employees just flirt with each other instead of actually trying to work for a living. Kinda sad since the location is in an elderly populated city.
Customer service is only second to the products sold. This location is on point every time me and my crew 'Crave the BELL'. With Alisan's Awesome Customer Service, and Hailee and crew's excellect food presentation...we are once again "5 Star Satisfied"... Thank You!
