Mobile app used; They got my order completely wrong. I got a Dirty Baja Blast, Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Doritos Locos Taco, nachos, and 2 orders of the churros. What did they give me? A Baja Blast midnight, a beefy 5 layer burrito, a beef chalupa supreme, and nothing else. Where did my order go? It said my name on the bag. Did they purposefully get it wrong? They had to have, because who can get such a simple order so wrong??
When ordering in the drive through they boy decided he could steal my money and rounded up to the nearest dollar. When I asked for a receipt he said it wasn't working. When I asked to get the money back that I didn't agree to give he said he could not return it. This happened on 6/29/2026 at 8:00 PM. He needs to be fired.
I'm visiting from Wisconsin, and this Taco Bell has the friendliest staff that I've ever met! Shout out to Matthew working at the drive through window!
Best service all the time I am use to this location like an everyday. Moreover, Matthew is an amazing cashier love him to death
Worst tacobell the last five times we have gone to this location. They are out of multiple items (like beans and rice and Baja blast). Order is never ready when they say. Called and the phone rang for five minutes when I got there people were standing around no orders. This location needs new management.
