I sat in the drive through for 45 minutes waiting for food. There is no excuse for this
This place SUCKS!!!!!! I’ve been here several times as Taco Bell is my daughter’s favorite but unfortunately EVERY SINGLE TIME this place DISAPPOINTS!!!! Foods okay, atmosphere is dirty and service is terrible! Nobody there wants to work, be friendly or do anything for that matter! They complain while taking your order as if they are mad you walked in. If you don’t like your job, find another one but no need to take it out on paying customers that keep you employed. NEVER once took my order, the lady taking order kept saying "be right with you" and then never got back to me and wanted 20 mins of my break. VERY UNDERSTAFF AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT WITH INSIDE THE AREA AND JUST FOCUS ON DRIVE THRU
I was there at 11am. They said Taco Bell wasn't open, only KFC. This makes no sense.
Went to go through the drive through, cars are in front of me and behind me, they take the orders from the cars in front and back of me, but asked me to come inside to make my order. Keep in mind I drive a lifted truck and feel like I was targeted, this location has taco bell and KFC, but Arby's across the street had no problem taking my Order
