I've ordered from here at least 4 times in the drive thru, and every time I've gotten spoiled or old food. Several times the tortillas have been stiff & lettuce wilted on taco bell options, and they gave us rotten fried chicken when we've ordered that. I wish I could get ahold of someone to complain, but there's no store number to tell TB/KFC corporate about it directly.
If I could give them zero stars, I would I had to sit in line waiting 25 minutes for fast food and then they still messed my order up. This is an absolutely horrible experience. How can Taco Bell or KFC put their name on this location?
They charged us extra for our meal and too bad my people was in a rush because they had to go to work downtown at the stadium.
