Went through the drive thru tonight to try the new burrito with my wife. First time we went through the window, they forgot the hot sauce they just asked us for and also the chips did not taste right at all. We went through the drive thru again to get our sauce and let them know the chips tasted very bad and they blamed the fryer oil and just shrugged their shoulders and expected us to deal with it. Listen. I love Taco Bell. I also appreciate food service workers so much, and would never want to do your jobs. However, the last several times I’ve come to the drive thru, my order has been incorrect, inadequate, or I’ve paid for food I did not receive.
