I work overnight so this is one of the few places opened when I go on break which I’m very thankful for. The problem I had though was the wait time in the drive thru. I waited in the line for over an hour. I ended up being late back to work on an hour break. Once I placed my order at the speaker (which was a mobile order so I just had to give them my name) and then got to the window the employee asked if someone else’s order was mine. This is the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. I opened my box and there were bites taken out of my burrito on top of that they would not make me a new one, worst customer service ever. Never going back hope this place crumbles to the ground
