Placed order online for 5 meals. This has worked really well in the past at other Taco Bell locations. Our order was still in "received" status after 30 minutes so we drove to the window to check on it only to be met with "we'll get working on that". The "meals" were not boxed individually like we've received at other Taco Bell locations. The food was put into 2 bags and only 1 item was marked and each of our "meals" had different items. Expect your order to be wrong, 3 times in a row now my order hasn’t been right whether it’s customizations on my food, or just the food itself isn’t what I ordered. Example, today I ordered chicken tacos, and they put steak in it… threw me for a loop.
It took 21 minutes to get my order
Sign out front says "BREAKFAST". Went to the drive-thru at 9:00 a.m., only to be told "We don't have breakfast". Here's an idea: CHANGE YOUR SIGN!!! UPDATE: Sometime around 8/4/25, they removed "Breakfast" from their sign.
The guy told me they had no lettuce. I let it go. So I open my taco..no lettuce? My crunchy tako was meat and cheese. Wheres the lettuce? Also the crunchwrap without lettuce is just flat meat sandwhich. Not to mention the soggy crunch part. It was still fire even though there was one tomato on it. Again, no lettuce. I let it go because ill always love taco bell no matter the circumstances.
