I just came into this Taco Bell and ordered from the kiosk. I did click “pay cash”. There was an older woman who was tending to the patrons who ALREADY ordered and not to the ones who wanted to pay. Anyway, I waited 15 MINUTES for my order - saw people come and go BEFORE I got my order. “You paid cash so your order goes to the end of the line” they said. Service is TERRIBLE there!
