Just when I thought Kenova location was bad this is even worse. Only Taco Bell worth going to is out of this tri state area!! I put in a mobile order and sent my husband to get it. They made it in front of him, and my food was still ice cold!!! Tasted like the potatoes came right from the fridge!!! The chalupa tasted like it was very old. Before I begin; I'm generally quite understanding of situations, but tonight, I feel the need to speak up. I'm no 'Karen', as it were. I get it, times are hard.
