Location is perfect nice drive trough view
Stood in front of the counter for over 5 minutes with employees chatting and looking at us just to finally tell us we had to use the kiosk. Then after dealing with thkiosk 3x or more as long as it would've taken to just tell them our order we realize the kiosk doesn't even take cash. Everytime at this location it's something. From them not being able to open on time bcus employees don't show up or taking forever to get your order. We'll drive up an exit from now on to go to another.
The employees were talking trash about customers not reading the signage concerning the kiosk ordering system. Sure, I understand that urge. Just talk trash when customers aren't in the store. I know Taco Bell isn't the most professional place in the world, but come on. Have some professionalism at least. And the kiosk ordering system is silly. I have NEVER been talked to so rudely in my life!! By, grown adults no less... tye place had 10ppl standing around so, over staffed if anything.. which makes me wonder even more what theie problem was... I almost left if I hadn't already waited soo long I would have... the main manager was leading by example for sure and not in a good way.
