Where to begin. We placed our order at 6:33 and didn’t receive our food for 30+ minutes. And the food was cold when we got it. The staff while nice was slow and unhelpful. And seems to have no desire to actually uphold the term fast food. Also the menu items don’t align with the self service kiosk. Several people who ordered after us received their food before many of those waiting patiently along with us. This location is absolutely terrible. We like fools have come here more than once. Waited over 20 minutes for a pickup with six other people waiting for their orders. No one up front and staff joking and laughing while we waited. No one ever came and gave updates and when we tried to ask for updates no one answered. After 20 minutes I left. Do Not go to this Taco Bell. Wish I could give zero stars.
This has got to be the slowest fast food place I have ever been to. Staff are miserable and audibly arguing and complaining. 2 cars in drive through, and people waiting inside for 20+ minutes. This has happened the past few times I’ve been here. This establishment has got to be doing EVERYTHING wrong.
This Taco Bell will rob you of your money! I don't care if you order extra meat. You will still get home and discover that you have barely any meat in your taco. Taco Bell has really gone downhill. I will take my business elsewhere. Update on 3-13-25: Still no better. I ordered 5 tacos and 3 out of 5 were wrong! Do you need a degree to make tacos.
