This is THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. I am a huge fan of Taco Bell, but I'm not sure how this place survives. Let's start with yesterday. I ordered (for the first time) through the mobile app and submitted at 11:07 am. My friend ordered 11:20ish am online as well. We get there at 11:35am. He has to wait 5 mins (after getting past the order taking screen) for his order, I wait 5 mins more after him for mine. That's almost a 40 minute turn around on a mobile order for me. Twice now I have been told through the drive thru speaker that “it’ll take 20 minutes to complete you order” followed by them leaving the speaker before I could even get a word out of my mouth. They don’t even give you a chance to say you have a mobile order (which I had placed about 20 minutes prior to even getting to the location). I am a Dasher and let me tell you, this establishment is EXTREMELY SLOWWWW and some team members are rude to customers. I was there Friday night for an order and arrived 4 minutes early to pick up my order. There was a team member speaking with what looked like his friend and not caring about the Dasher who was there waiting for his order.
