i really dont understand why customers are waiting almost an hour in the drive thru at night. ive worked food service and personally the ONLY reason i come to this location is because its marginally cheaper for what i order.
Edit: one year later and still terrible. Extremely rude front end employee with blue hair. She will get mad and huff if you ask a question. I feel unwelcome here. A kitchen employee was overheard talking about how "We'll all be dead one day" which made me feel unsafe. Poorly staffed and I watched an associate stand outside smoking talking with a homeless guy while the only other employee was working herself to death rushing.
How do you take forever in the drive thru mess up the order I have to go in and flag someone down after three employees stare at me to get the rest when I get home the soft tacos are slimy.
The service here is horrible. At least two of the employees on shift were visibly high off their asses and they don’t know how to take orders. Don’t ever come to this location I’m so serious.
