One of the lower tier taco bells food always so ahh always rushing you through the drive through and act like it's difficult when you want to customize a order like breh its your Job… Put the Nacho Fries In the bag sir or mam its your main duty.. Spent 30 minutes in their drive through. I ordered through the app accidentally hit the wrong drink and when I asked if they could swap it for a drink that’s CHEAPER the girl with the hot pink hair glared and ignored me. Right before this I hear her talking shit about her job and coworkers… disgusting customer service and atmosphere.

How on earth is it possible that I just had to sit in the drive through for over half an hour for fake Mexican food? On top of that they also had horrible customer service.
I’ve given this Taco Bell multiple chances, but unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Over my last three orders, my order has been incorrect every single time. What’s even more frustrating is that even when I order through DoorDash for the convenience of delivery, I still end up having to drive to the restaurant myself to pick up the missing items.
