If you're using the drive-thru, this Taco Bell is great. If you’re ordering via the app or coming inside, be prepared to wait—even after your food is actually finished. Because they’ve removed the order pickup shelves, you have to wait for a staff member to acknowledge you. Today, two separate managers told me they were finishing my order, yet it sat on the back prep table for 15 minutes while everyone avoided eye contact. I went to this taco bell the other day during the day, the staff was very professional and they know what they're doing. They make the food right after you order and it tastes better.
I ordered a chalupa in 4 Plaza way , Plymouth-MA ,(it was smaller than usual) and crunch tacos, everything was hard and cold, I couldn't even see the chicken. If I had known I would be eating crap for this quality, I wouldn't have ordered at all.
