Messed up our order, left out some things. Seems to be... "distracted".
This is literally the worst Taco Bell ever I don’t know how they even have good reviews on here. The staff is extremely rude or they just barely say anything at all to you. It usually takes forever to get your food even if you’re the only person in line. It really isn’t a big deal if they could actually get your order right. Update: 8/31/25 Looks like someone needs more training. Ordered two Beefy 5 Layer Burritos, and I don’t know what this is, but it’s only got 3 Layers. Beef, beans, and a dab of sour cream, no cheese whatever(that’s what makes this overpriced bean burrito good), and no whatever the 5th layer is supposed to be. I might have let this slide if TB was still cheap, but since their prices are sky hi now, I expect better. Too bad I didn’t find out until I got home. There new order system is horrible even the staff even seems confused and when they inevitably mess up your order theres no one paying attention up front to correct it.
