This Taco Bell was recently built so they implemented a drive thru lane and a mobile pickup lane - to speed up the process. Unfortunately many people aren't informed how the process worked and are left clueless on what to do next. Maybe the workers were fed up with always having to explain the process because they stopped speaking after the initial contact. To go radio silent shows a lack of professionalism and or training. At the end of the day we just need better communication.
I really enjoyed my food and the service. I truly appreciate this Taco Bell location for how fast and efficient it is. I hope all the employees keep up the great work—thank you!
