Went thru the drive thru and wasn’t allowed to be pulled up far enough to read the board but instead was handed a scratched iPad and had to look individually thru the whole menu. Poor girl has to stand outside when they have a whole board and intercom to talk thru but some how making me scroll thru a whole iPad that many people touch and isn’t wiped and cleaned each time is someone faster then talking to a person. ive always had iffy experiences with this taco bell but the most recent times ive been Taylor has helped me at the window by far the best customer service ive got and always makes sure i have napkins (usually dont get many😂) but she is amazing and so sweet!
I got a drive through mobile order 9/7 and 9/8 between 1- 1:30 am both nights and just want to give a shout out to the late night crew for the excellent service and perfect food this is the first time in a extremely long time that I have actually been 100% satisfied with my food and service everything was perfect and made correctly especially with my add ons the guy at the window is so nice and made my pineapple strawberry tajin freeze absolutely perfect and was the most delicious I've ever had late night crew absolutely sla... read more
While the food is decent, making customers park 25 feet away from the drive thru menu and handing them a sun faded and dirty paper menu with only 9 items on it just so the store can show shorter wait times for customers so they don't pass the sensor in the ground until they order food is a bad experience and will make me not want to come back here. This has been going on for quite a while and is quite annoying.
