Very poor experience at Taco Bell in Bella Terra. We made our purchase through the drive-through. Upon arriving home, we noticed that our order was inaccurate. I called and asked to speak with the manager at which time I was directed to Jocelyn, who is the supposed manager. I explained to her the situation her response was what would you like me to do. The worker running the drive thru at 4:07 am Tuesday the 23rd gave us the best service. 10/10 definitely coming back.
I knew better but it was the closest location... this Taco Bell is the definition of greedy. It's clear the owner/management is trying to line their pockets but skimping on portions. EVERYTHING is 25-50% of what the actual portion should be. This is a pathetic excuse of a "taco"
Ts trash tbh. More expensive, takes longer, js go to the one in long meadow.
