Sometimes service is slow but that any taco bell/KFC
This is the absolute worst. Unengaged, unenthusiastic, unfriendly staff. One employee was standing behind the counter, took down their hair and started fluffing it around just in between prep and handoff. i had a small 2 item order which took over 20 minutes to receive. Fast food it is not. The lobby was dirty, the employees didn't present well. The only upside here is this facility is open 24 hrs. So, if it were a last resort, late night food emergency...
