Asked for extra tomatoes and never gave the extra tomatoes. This was after we told the server Suzanne that 6 months ago we had the same thing happen and we were giving them another chance. Mismanagement at the highest level.
If i could leave a lower review i would. Many people (myself included) placed orders that have taken well over 45 minutes to complete. Placed our order at 8:19pm it is 8:56 and we have been told maybe 20 minutes more. They have 4 people working... grass grows faster than these people work.
I have been to this location multiple times in the past few weeks as both a customer and a door dash driver. I have been greeted with multiple 20 to 30 minute wait times. I cant speak for the customers I dashed for, but time and time again, they never lacked any of our food that we modified or even included any of the extras. My fiancé orders nearly everything with extra tomatoes and Pico, but we almost never see any at all.
