This has to be the worst Taco Bell franchise in the whole city Arno place two online orders in the past week for just two bean burritos. They haven’t even touched it in 20 minutes. I canceled both orders. This place sucks no customer service.
Unfriendly staff, unclean tables, and I got a stale taco shell.
Best experience at any Taco Bell I have been to. Employees were happy, Leadership was genuine with employees and customers, food and service were both excellent!
20 minutes to wait outside behind a lady that was before me by like 10 minutes I got my food after her. 2 others came and got food and got served 1st. Employees were oblivious to the time amount. Food wasn't great either. Whose idea was it to make a pick-up window for mobile or delivery orders after 8pm? Dumb idea. Losing a lot of business. I won't be going back to this establishment.
