It's Taco Bell, love it or hate it
This location used to be outstanding. You would get exactly what you ordered every time you came. Now, over the past month every order has been wrong, and it’s a struggle to get the employees attention to correct it, even at slow hours. It’s gotten so bad that we refuse to go through the drive thru knowing our order will be wrong, and we would have to go back in to get it corrected.
Not sure if it's a bunch of genZers working there, but I would never try to close a fast food restaurant I was working at early or complain about hours and I only got paid $6 per hour. Anyway, I went through the drive-thru before they were supposed to be closed according to this app that I'm posting this review on. You know, Google maps. If it were me, I think I would try to stay open at least 5 minutes after or at least one minute after the actual time just to make sure that everyone fairly gets the food that they want. I love taco bell but recently I've been given some crappy tacos. Why is it that when I order a cantina taco I get crumbs of chicken and not a chicken strip. This has happened multiple times. Why do I get crumbs and no chicken? I'm not okay with this at all. This location and others too. I'm frustrated that no location will give me a chicken strip.
