Nothing like waking up to some completely useless customer service on a Saturday morning... Don't get me wrong, Taco Bell often has excellent courteous service. Just the sat a.m. crew rocks the bottom -teach that team to be generationally unhelpful and provide the worst possible service..
Every time it doesn’t fail. We’re always told to go wait in the mobile order pick up or any spot. They never have anything ready, no matter what day of the week it is or time. This is ridiculous, wish there was another Taco Bell around.
I stopped by store #310211 tonight and just had to leave a review for the amazing drive-through team! I was debating what to order, and Kim was so friendly and fun! she helped me pick the perfect crave box and even reminisced with me about the double decker. Her bubbly attitude made my night and the gentleman at the window was equally kind and left me smiling. Excellent service and great energy from the whole team! thank you, Kim!!
This Taco Bell is the best one that I've ever been to. My food is always hot and fresh and if anything is wrong, they will redo it immediately. Also, all of the drive thru staff are always friendly which makes me come back repeatedly. This Taco Bell is the standard
