Got home to eat the cheesy bean and rice burrito I ordered and this thing is disgusting. I added pico to it and there were maybe 4 pieces of tomato, no onion. There was also only sauce, and a tablespoon of beans and rice in there. I took a picture but it's not letting me post it. Also, the person at the window didn't say a word to me. Handed me my drink and burrito and slammed the door.
They got my order completely wrong.I ordered the beef fajita chalupa box and got soggy chicken chalupas and no cinnamon or sugar on my churros.It wasn't even busy either.I won't be returning to this location.Get it together Taco Bell.
Very bad customer service. Food prepared poorly.
The manager at this location is amazing. The drive thru was long the lobby was full with people waiting for their food and yet the manager calmly instructed his team which order was next in the queue and called out the items in the order focusing on order accuracy. I don’t know how he was able to maintain calmness within the chaos but I was in awe. The food was hot. The order was accurate. A successful visit.
