They do not have enough staff to run this facility. I literally waited 15 minutes after placing my order while the drive thru orders went thru smoothly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME here!! The employees have attitudes and get mad at you for coming to their place of employment. All of the daytime staff meds to be replaced or at best have a manager to pay attention to the work flows.. this is the raggediest bunch of people to ever work at one spot! this is the worst taco bell in the mishawaka area. genuinely ridiculous. and not just speaking from one experience but multiple. today specifically on 7/21, i ordered an enchirito and forgot to ask for no beans. so at the window, i asked the worker in a very kind tone, if they didn’t start the enchirito yet can the beans be removed, and i even added on that if not, it’s completely fine. he closed the window without saying anything and went inside. but the window wasn’t completely closed so i could hear someone respond to him... read more
The new mango refresher drink with the dried mangos on top is absolutely abysmal. It's nasty and not worth paying for. Other than that everything is great.
