Deplorable staff/management with no brand standards! Sunday night drive thru. Three cars in front of me. Waited 20+ minutes to window. Rude female made me repeat my order because she never entered it at the drive up menu board? She said they were having some internal issues? Took my money and was told to wait in the parking lot? Saw the other three cars in front me still waiting on food in the parking lot. I said absolutely not, give me a refund. This worst place to come and get food from food was hard cold and nasty. 3 stars because of the food being fresh at least but Very rude night manager. Was disrespectful and loud when coming to take our order after a staff member stated that she could not hear us and asked us to come up to the window .
