Employees are incompetent they mess up my order every single time! How come you reapeat back to me yes you want both chalupas to be beef? i say yes and still get the disgusting chicken instead waste of $20 this happens every time I go here. I tell them can i have a soft taco and still get hard shell… guessing the employees here dont even know how to read
On the App the Cinnabon delights show as an option to buy but when I asked for them at this location he said they didn’t sell them anymore, which was fine, then I asked for the Diablo Ranch Sauce and they didn’t have it either. The employee working the drive thru was rude, I was barely able to get a word out before he kept closing the window on me. I wasn’t rude or mean, I was just asking a question. Thankfully I don’t live around here so I don’t have to comeback to the location, horrible!
