I get closing procedures but for me to roll into your line at 12:24 and be the NEXT person to order and it takes 30 mins for me to even get to the speaker then when I get there and you say “we can’t take your orders cause our systems are down” like I’m some idiot. Could’ve saved a lot of time by having the 2-3 employees that were chilling outside the back door collecting free money tell us that we wouldn’t be getting food versus wasting time and gas. Great hiring skills👍

Be careful with mobile orders, maybe wait until you’re at this location before placing an order through the app. This location has improved so much since they opened, the staff is providing better service with more confidence and the wait times are now average instead of long. They seem to have a shift change that happens during their dinner rush which I’ve seen cause about a five minute delay but if you can avoid that you could get your food pretty quickly. Came in to place my order placed it and waited 20 minutes no one started the order they tell me they are out of rice and that it takes 45 minutes?? Where in the world does it take 45 minutes for rice??
