While I stood waiting for my food, I couldn't help looking in the kitchen. It was filthy! Food strewn on the floor, plastic cups on the floor and not just in one spot! It was all over. The dining room floor was sticky. I talked with one of the managers about the situation and all he could say was "we're busy". I worked in fast food in my day, and food on the floor was to be cleaned up right away- not leave it on the floor until later. This situation is a recipe for disaster, attracting rodents and other creatures.
we ordered online tonight and went and picked it up and they completely messed up our order, everything was cold and it was absolutely disgusting and there was literally one other car there so i don’t really know how u mess it up that bad but they seemed to do it with ease.
Food is never right, always forgets part of your order. Don’t customize your food cause it won’t be right anyways
Got someone else's pickup order and didn't realize it until I got home. To the person that didn't get the proper food, I'm sorry. The amount of times I've been to this location as of late eith the crew messing up is astounding. Avoid it if you can.
