I had a really bad experience at this Taco Bell. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive‑thru for a simple order, and when I finally got my food, it made me extremely sick. I ended up stuck in the bathroom with awful stomach pain and even threw up everything I had eaten. I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon.

Tried to place my order, they canceled the delivery, tried it again and they said the store closed, literally so dumb they can’t get anything right there
We are so disappointed. This place used to be so much better than it is lately. This is the SECOND time we have gotten a taco/burrito WITHOUT MEAT! Like literally no meat! We did not pick any option to take it off they just did not put it on. The first time it was a beef grilled cheese burrito and the second time (today) it was a chicken cantina soft taco. It doesn't make sense to me how you miss the main ingredient. I am very disappointed and I wish they would do better.
We went through the drive-thru (or should say tried). After waiting 16 minutes, and no cars moving, I called the location. The girl was nice that answered, however; I was told that it would be quite a while because the priority was door dash orders and walk ins. I totally understand that restaurants now need to navigate mobile orders etc. With that said, figure it out. Drive thru should not have to wait stalled out with no movement.
