My fiancé and I ordered dinner from this location through grubhub after a long day. They gave her diet Pepsi instead of Pepsi zero, her quesadilla only had chicken, cheese (very little) on half of it, leaving the other half completely empty, it had the chipotle sauce that was supposed to be on her spicy potato taco and she had quesadilla sauce on her potato taco. the food is good and does come warm most times and god do i love a baja blast, but they always put lettuce on my tacos when i order specifically no lettuce as i am deathly allergic, and every time i’ve ordered here recently ive had to check my food to make sure its right and it has not been. i HATE being a karen but please learn to be more accurate with orders as it can cost people their lives and ive had to throw away so many tacos and i order again in hopes that it will be different but it hasnt been recently.
Left a bad a review before but they’ve really been ON IT as of late and now this is our first choice for taco bell near us. They used to forget food items or mess them up. But now 95% of the time they get the order right with no missing items, especially when we make special modifications or ask for none or something or ask to add something. The staff have been great, friendly, and always putting out good food.
Nobody greeted us on arrival..Food took a very long time. I really do understand that times have changed..Food was not hot
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst wait time I’ve seen for a fast food restaurant. No one was taking orders at the drive thru for 30+ minutes. To the point where 4 cars left only while I was there, who knows how many others did before I arrived. I would’ve left and spent my money elsewhere but I did a mobile order to be a quicker pick up. Boy was that not the case. These employees need to be more mature while working and get better at their jobs.
