Forced to use keyos.. extremely cold for no reason.. and even tho I added extra beef lettuce and tomatoes on my two crunchy wrap they still came skimpy and flat

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for over 30 years. For a long time, there was a lovely older gentlemen who made the whole machine run. For the last decade or so, management has been inconsistent and food is spotty. Recently I went in a couple times and had the first nice experience after years. Friendly and customer focused care, apologizing and correcting mistakes, leadership happening behind the scenes. The food was exactly what you’d expect from Taco Bell, no surprises there. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff behind the counter were dismissive and rude. I politely asked about my mobile order, which had been marked “ready” in the app for over 10 minutes, and was met with silence as one employee walked away. Another snapped at me for even asking.
