So be careful what you order. We asked for the $7.00 Luxe box, the gentleman said that is our Classic Box which is $7.98 ( we have experienced higher prices then advertised at some TB) so we received our food and the "Classic" is what Taco Bell advertises as the $5.00 Luxe box nationally. When I inquired as to the difference since I asked for the $7.00 Luxe Box advertised I was told we do follow that what you got is our $7.00 box (almost $8.00) So Caveat Emptor check closely what you are ordering as it seems a bit deceptive.
Went through the drive-through person was friendly I ordered my food and I requested my drink to be a large. I don’t know if he must’ve misheard me, but they gave me the wrong size then when I proceeded to ask if I can just pay for a large size, they tell me I had to drive around again to re-order and I couldn’t order at the window. I was the only person in line they had no business.The men sounded rude and nasty once I asked if I can pay for a large size that they messed up.
People here are very nice and they serve the food fast.You can tell they have a genuine care for their customers and exceed expectations for a fast food restaurant.
From 2025: CLEAN!!! Professional people. Delicious food. We ate lunch in. Note added Jan 3, 2026: @tacobell on Jefferson Ave by @patrickhenrymall : CLEAN restaurant POSITIVE and PROFESSIONAL customer service... Polite language between coworkers. Food tastes good, too! Tonight was take-out.
Over 30 mins for an order and it looked horrible, it was disgusting 🤢
