Ordered with no sour cream, asked Spanish girl at drive thru if it had sour cream she said she didn’t know. Drove off and checked it and it had sour cream. Had to drive back wait in the drive through she rudely asked for it back with no compensation and had to remake it because they didn’t make it right the first time. Awful customer service awful place.
Hours are incorrect, they are not open till 12. Arrived at 11:50 and they were closed... Big sad, very disappointed.
I will tell you that after almost 50 years of eating at Taco Bell. This is the most challenged location to get your food. You might have better luck in getting a shotgun and hunting your own chicken and buying your own barbecue. The last five times I’ve been here there has been some sort of incident. One was a customer getting aggressive with the staff about a gift card that wasn’t working. Another was the self-serve ordering kiosks were not working correctly.
