Bad service very slow they forget everything
My main issue is that all of the food got made wrong or burnt. I understand my slightly complicated order, however, I got 2 stackers, one with chipotle sauce and one with rice added. Neither had rice, both had onions for some reason. I got a grilled cheese burrito that got burnt and wasn’t even wrapped fully (see picture). Not to mention, the food took forever to make. 1527 E College Ave. Normal, IL 61761 Taco Bell gets 2 stars for each item they missed on my order. Half the time they can’t make my order correct. The other half of the time they don’t include items paid for. This time it was a crunch wrap supreme and tacos. Just because you didn’t press the button to check our mobile order in, rush our order, and miss over $8 worth of food do you even deserve these two stars. Good, put together, and nice
While they will probably stay in business, I feel their level of service and food quality over the last 25 years has been on a decline. Food quality/portion size are minuscule compared to rising prices. Another notable decline would be their training and customer service, more specifically how to handle a question in regards to their lack of service. Apathy. I miss the days of great food and customer service. Adios Taco Bell
