The order accuracy is about 70%, which is actually improving. In 2024, it was 50/50 if you were going to get the food you ordered. Love Taco Bell but this Taco Bell always forgets something, always have to check bags to see if they forgot something then having to go back to get what they forgot which is annoying but they get mad or is rude all the time about it and when I call to complain they are rude and say just go to another one, the Norco location is better but they do forget stuff as well when it’s big orders but they are not rude when you complain about it they are very nice about the whole situation
