This review is specifically about an experience today (May 2nd around 11:03–11:07 PM). I’ve always enjoyed Taco Bell, the food and overall service are usually great, which is why I’m still giving 4 stars. One thing I always do when ordering is round up my total for donation. For some reason, they keep essentially skipping the cinnamom/sugar phase of their sweets. Idk man, it is pretty disappointing.
Went to this Tacobell as I was dog sitting nearby. The drive-thru wasn't too busy so I decided to go there. I used to app to get a coupon code for a reward and had no issues at all. To my surprise, the lady working the window was cheerful and seemed happy to help. It's rare you see people with a smile when you go to fast food places these days. She definitely made my day. The food was hot and fresh and I enjoyed it.
