I’m very disappointed I just preferred delivery and for my Crunchwrap and I asked for no tomato’s and they put a bunch of tomato’s on it.
The first Taco Bell to make my Quesarito right out of the 3 I've been too.
We placed and paid for an order online and went to the late-night pickup window, only to be refused service. We were told the window was for DoorDash drivers only and that we would have to get back in line behind 12 cars to receive an order that was already paid for. This policy makes no sense, and the situation was handled poorly. The manager was extremely rude and offered no help or explanation. Very disappointing experience.
Go here a lot and the food is really good and doesn’t really mess up my order that much.
