First, I absolutely don’t really care for the ai thing it would be nice to talk to someone, but the lady with the rocking red hair in the window is absolutely delightful! She had a genuine conversation asking me how my day was and joked with me and held a conversation which I really enjoyed made me feel like I wasn’t just a customer it really sparked my night and night crew really knows how to whip up there food absolutely fresh and delightful will definitely keep this as my local Tacobell thanks!
The AI ordering system sucks! It gets it wrong everytime and a person has to come on or we have to drive up to order. It takes much longer in the long run. Please get rid of this system and get a real person back.
I think this location has surpassed the Crooks Rd Rochester location as my favorite SE Michigan Taco Bell. I’ve come here early, late don’t matter. Never had bad food here. Drive thru crew always friendly and cool. Thank you
