Me and my family went there to eat and my husband and kids needed to use the bathroom first and the lady that “helped” us didn’t let them use it! I was already sitting down and we were going to buy food but they need it to use the bathroom first and she refused to let them go. Was so rude to us! Terrible place! Not going there again. Who doesn’t let kids use the bathroom, that’s ridiculous!
This is my go to Taco Bell! They always do a good job and are very nice when I come in whether to dine in or pick up my order.
