Terrible customer service. i had a delivery order through the app never show up which granted, wasn’t their fault. But i tried to ask them about it (the app wasn’t letting me dispute it) and they have no help and then actively hung up on me? definitely terrible service here and in the corporate overall.
Food is like any other taco bell but app doesn't take into account it's a tb Cantina (around a pretty gentrified and expensive area) and will raise your prices at check out (ex: 3 potato soft tacos went from ~$3.60 on the app to over $5 at the checkout). Staff is friendly and fast and never had an issue with them. Just last week a lady was in their face the other day yelling at them (and me!
