Third time the drive thru forgot items. I was excited about getting a second drive thru because of how many mistakes McDonald's makes, but if certain people aren't working the Taco Bell is just as bad.
There’s always some weird, inappropriate or awkward exchange in service (“oh, you didn’t order hot sauce- that’s racist” I’m black btw so idk what that comment was about) or the fact that when I specifically order AND PAY FOR EXTRA anything- they purposely skimp me on it but still charge. Check out my cheese quesadilla with EXTRA SAUCE and EXTRA cheese.. nah, it was just extra burnt and extra disgusting. Behind the counter was very dirty and the trash was full and it wasn't busy food was great though. Did not see where you can pay cash you had to order at a kioskos.
Never ever ever ever go here..
