Took my husband 12 min just to get to the order screen then another 7min just to get his food. Then he got the wrong order good thing we dont have an allergy to food or anything. This taco bell has gone down hill the last couple of months
Took over 30 minutes to get our food. There were almost 10 people waiting some waiting almost half an hour. They didn't even give us our drink cups ahead of time. There is no reason for fast food to take this long. It wasn't even remotely busy when we got here. This location sucks
I was with my friends and pulled around to the drive thru after our visit to the Niles Scream Park. We were all hungry so I asked, “hi can we please do 4 orders? I’m sorry”. This was around midnight last night and the guy replied “no you can’t. You can leave.” We didn’t do anything rude or disrespectful, and he didn’t give us the chance to switch to 2 orders or even just one. O
