Extremely rude staff. Their hours are posted until midnight on fridays. This was at 830PM. Their door is unlocked. We opened it and the tall female working just made that finger across throat gesture and just yelled “Uh Uh” as in NO and Get out. She needs to be fired. VERY RUDE. A worker in drive through smelled really bad
Nobody should be required to get an app to order mediocre, overpriced, slow food from a corporation that clearly doesn't care about its employees or its customers and only values its shareholders and their own bottom line.
Service took longer than it should. Fast food isn't so fast. Then one worker is loudly bashing a customer while other customers including myself are standing in the store. Not professional in any manner. Customer service isn't an easy business but wow. As I'm typing this they are cussing and talking about customers. This is why the pay will never be higher and doesn't need to be.
