Can never pay with $100 bill
We ordered through the drive through. It was really quick.
I just went in today and they were not busy. I stood for several minutes at the counter waiting for service. Not once did anyone acknowledge me or tell me to hang on. They looked right at me and said nothing. I was told from another customer they want us to use the app. I am almost a senior and a veteran who doesn't use apps. What happened to customer service? We stopped by this location tonight to grab some dinner on our way home, as we got to the drive thru window to pay, there was an issue with their system as far as using a debit card. This happened several times causing them to reboot. Who I assume was the manager, came to bring our card back to us, she told us that our meal was on her tonight due to the issues with their system.
When someone is in from out of town, places a huge order so they have leftovers, it would be nice if a) the order was correct and b) management actually cared when you call to tell them about it. Nope. Nothing they could do. If we'd noticed before we left the parking lot, they would've been happy to fix it, but since we didn't, no help to be had. At least the food they did get right actually tasted good.
