On 4-18-26, approximately 12:30 PM, my daughter and I were waiting for my food to go. I am standing by the counter and a boss from corporate is behind the counter talking to an employee. They are talking loud about certain employees. Then the cashier brings up an employees name and the Corporate lady doesn't know who she's talking about. The cashier said he's related to so and so. Whoever is in charge of ordering for this location should probably be in trouble… tried to order a quesadilla with onions added… out of onions. Tried to order Baja Blast with my tacos… out of both flavors. Ordered a strawberry refresca instead… out of strawberries to add to the drink. Got the drink anyways. Left the drive thru and realized they didn’t mention sauce and I forgot to ask. Came in to eat and watched the general manager walk around on his phone the whole time. Wearing a trek hat backwards and on his phone. He's a heavier male with a beard. If you have cameras you need to watch them. Between 3 and 330. That's all you'd see.
The people who are working there these days are absolutely rude
Ordered 3 soft tacos at drive through. Service was quite fast. That's what I got plus 4 napkins. Was not offered any hot sauce and did not know till I left.
