I ordered the Doritos® Locos Tacos Supreme Combo. There was no lettuce, hardly any cheese or meat or any other toppings. I got a Lil meat sour cream and a whole lot of shell!!!! They were not stuffed at all. The store also did not provide napkins or a spoon/fork for the pinto and cheese. Address clearly stated i was staying in a hotel. The amount of money I paid for taco shells just pisses me off!!!

We were greeted by a staff member who was sitting at a table eating, but they didn’t get up to help us. I stood at the counter for a few moments before someone came up, looked at the coupon in my hand, and said, “Oh, we don’t take those coupons. Those don’t work at our Taco Bell.” The person sitting at the table said, “Yeah, y’all gotta read what’s on the bottom of the coupon.” We read it aloud to them, but neither of them responded. This is the only location that is close to me and therefore the only location I can visit. Ive been going here off and on throughout the years and I can say without a doubt that this HAS to be the worst taco bell. Whether its in-store, delivery, or take out the food quality has been horrible. I'm talking about old tortillas that have hard edges and are crumbling apart, stale cold chalupa shells, tacos filled with a teaspoon of ground beef, missing ingredients on almost every item, and much more.
