They forgot one of my items, and when I called to request a refund, I was told they couldn’t process it over the phone and that I’d have to come back in person. Very inconvenient considering it was their mistake. Then, while eating one of the items I did receive, I pulled out a piece of lettuce with a black hair tangled in it. Completely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary. I will not be returning to this location and will be contacting corporate to request a refund and report this issue.

Girl on drive threw was pushy snd aggressive. I asked her politely to be nicer to their customers.
I mainly use the app and pick up at the drive-thru window. The employees are pleasant and efficient.
Honesty the workers here are trying so hard! They are clearly doing their best - despite being berated by some customers. Early morning 3/8/25 you guys are doing awesome.
