I was very disappointed with the customer service at this Taco Bell. This happened on Monday, May 18, at around 11:00 PM. I came in with my bicycle because I wanted to place an order. Instead of politely explaining that bicycles are not allowed inside, the staff spoke to me in a very rude and unwelcoming way and simply told me to take my bike outside. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Iqra, the terrible manager refused process my order for a wedding sending me scrambling. Iqra almost ruined a wedding while I found another Taco Bell that was able to finish my order in 20 minutes and was confused why this location refused my order. I was late because of Iqra. You shouldn’t work in the service industry if you don’t want to serve people and ruin weddings for people.

I’m an Uber driver and I stopped at this Taco Bell to grab some food and use the restroom. I even placed an order, but the staff still refused to let me use the restroom. The girl at the counter was very rude and dismissive in the way she spoke to me. Customers should at least be treated with basic respect, especially paying customers. Very disappointing service and unprofessional behavior from the staff.
